Fundamental BJJ skills and self-defense movements that help children develop focus, discipline, and physical fitness in a structured, safe environment.
Our Kids BJJ program introduces children ages 5-15 to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate setting. Classes build real self-defense skills while developing the focus, discipline, and confidence that carry over into every part of a child's life.
The program emphasizes positive reinforcement, respect, and teamwork. Beginner-focused "Intro to BJJ" classes help new students get comfortable on the mat before joining all-levels sessions. We also offer a dedicated Bully Proof class focused specifically on situational awareness and safe, effective responses to real-world confrontations.
